Not legal advice. This tool formats the marks and statements a small-batch maker must carry when a product rides a certified radio module's grant (FCC/ISED “modular approval”). It will never print an FCC ID or IC number you didn't enter — read those off your module or its grant on the FCC OET database and confirm every line against your own grant.
