Everything a Canary asks of you can be learned right here, free, mostly in your browser. Each row names the skill and the benches that teach it — no course, no signup, no uploads.
Start with the layer-by-layer checklist on Print One, configure your exact case in the Builder, study finished Gallery builds — and print the FCC/IC/CE Case Label when it’s done. No printer? Have one made.
Wire real parts on a real board in the Playground, see what plugging in looks like on Plug It In, learn the BOOT-button ritual on Unflashed Boards, and flash from your browser or the desktop Flasher.
The Lab’s Sense stage teaches camera, radar and sound placement against the real firmware; Display Modes and Through Canary Eyes show what the device actually perceives.

SecuraCV is one open project with room around it. Here is who we work with today, who we’d like to hear from, and the hardware the designs run on.
The Maker Corps is the partnership: four tiers from first print to selling kits, with independent vendors, build requests, and an ecosystem engineered to run itself.
The Lab runs in a browser and works offline — a classroom can explore real firmware with nothing but the laptops it already has. Buying for a school or nonprofit? The who-pays-what promise is on the Store; for anything else, talk to a human.
The witness kernel’s code, specs and invariants are public — use them in coursework, cite them, try to break them (please). Transparency documents what we can and can’t be compelled to hand over; contact us for research collaborations.
On-device vision for safety and ops, fixed-price and remote, on For Industry. Procurement questions route through Contact; terms live on Terms of Sale.
Canary designs run on boards from Seeed Studio, Espressif, Raspberry Pi and Waveshare — independent companies whose parts we buy like anyone else, listed with sources in the Ecosystem and sold by independent vendors. Open parts, no lock-in: that’s the point.
For makers: this page is data, and the site maps itself
The header, the “keep exploring” strip and the footer atlas on every page render from one map — SITE_MAP in js/site.js — and CI fails if a page on disk and the map ever disagree, so nothing here can rot into a dead end. Assistants get the same map as /llms.txt. The Lab has its own equivalent: every bench lives in build-line.json, with a matching gate.
